Michelin (yes, the tire brand) is a multi-billion dollar global tire manufacturer. I lead development in areas termed “Around Tires” and “Beyond Tires.”
Led the development of operational platforms and integrations supporting Michelin ONCall, an emergency roadside service for commercial trucking.
Piloted a predictive tire maintenance algorithm and platform with a nationwide fleet to test the reduction in emergency roadside spend and increase in uptime for their assets.

Product Owner
GeekHive (Sept. 2022 - March 2023)
GeekHive is a marketing technology consulting and implementation agency.
Collaborated with stakeholders at a Fortune 10 (one of these 🤫) client to define business and technology requirements. I crafted and prioritized user stories to overcome a six-week schedule deficit and deliver a $1.2 million project on time and under budget. We were able to mitigate a critical risk of quickly burning through profits and maintain a 70%+ profit margin.
Developed a budget tracking system and a Looker Studio dashboard that structured and streamlined project data. Additionally, it generated high-level financial and progress reports that were updated with all available data every 15 minutes.
Conducted client-facing workshops to identify and document partnership opportunities. Closely worked with account management and delivery teams to create comprehensive SOWs and roadmaps, enabling successful project delivery.
